Compass Consulting Solutions Founder, Nicole Jamison, believes that listening to a client's needs from the start is essential. Identifying and prioritizing specific goals will unveil the most direct path to success.

 

Nicole has over 20 years of experience specializing in healthcare, education and global software implementation and program management. Prior to founding Compass Consulting Solutions, Nicole began her career in the long-term pharmacy industry converting software applications and managing data migrations. Following a successful and rewarding tenure in pharmacy, she continued in the healthcare industry directing services and projects such as software installations and integrations, workflow analysis and design as well as corporate training program design and delivery for behavioral health, medical centers and hospitals. Most recently, Nicole has been specializing in Global Program and Portfolio Mangement.

 

Nicole holds a master's degree in Education and Human Development specializing in Technology and Leadership from the George Washington University.
